Shipped an ASR app and a fine-tuning pipeline for thousands of low-resource languages. Now scaling as a digitization kit for UNESCO IDIL.
Orchestrated Yao volunteers to record and label 5,000+ utterances, creating dataset for fine-tuning and validation.
Built upon Meta’s OmniASR, this SOP pipeline trains lightweight models into deployable voice assistants. Now packaging it as a universal kit (IPA-config, QA, scripts) to digitize 1,500+ low-resource languages, with 100+ already passing baseline WER tests.
Why it started
I started it after seeing how a language can disappear digitally when no public dataset exists.
What was built
With bilingual volunteers, I built recording, labeling, translation, and spoken-output tools that can be reused for other low-resource languages.

FeaturedA study device built for my younger sister has already generated 400+ local orders.
Led 5 hardware iterations with an EE senior, deploying a custom posture-tracking AI model[1] optimized for edge chips (96%+ accuracy).
Shipped a complete ecosystem (device + parent/teacher/child apps). The marketable prototype has now reached 400+ families.
Why it started
It began with one family problem: tutoring only worked when posture, focus, and guidance were designed together.
What was built
I built linked child, parent, and teacher experiences plus an edge posture model, then iterated the hardware five times.

A self-control app grounded in habit psychology, designed to fix my own tech overuse when external blockers failed.
Replaced rigid screen-time limits with a system that analyzes usage triggers and prompts active and regular reflection.
After successfully stabilizing my own focus, launched the app publicly to support 1,000+ active users.
